ROSSELLA PANTUSO

Founder & Senior Consultant

Born in 1991, she holds a Master’s degree in Building Systems Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. She is registered with the Order of Engineers of the Province of Monza and Brianza (No. A2809) and listed in the National Register of Fire Protection Professionals (No. MB02809I00400).

After an initial role in the building services sector, in 2017 she began her professional development in façade engineering at Gualini S.p.A., as Façade Engineer, then covering the roles of Project Design Manager, and eventually Project Compliance Manager.

Over the course of her career, she has completed training to serve as a Court-Appointed Technical Consultant (CTU) and is currently in the process of obtaining certification as a Competent Acoustic Technician.

In 2025, she co-founded SYNTHESIS SRL, a company specialized in façade engineering and advanced technical consulting.
Passionate about the regulatory and performance aspects of façade design, she strongly believes in the value of engineering as a means to improve the quality of the built environment — ensuring safety, efficiency, and alignment with sustainability principles.
