ISAIA ALBERTINI

Founder & CEO

Born in 1989, he earned his Master’s Degree in Building Systems Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, where he also completed a second-level Master in Seismic Design of Structures for Sustainable Construction. During his academic studies he participated in the Erasmus programme at ESTP Paris for one year and developed a MS thesis at Indian Institute of Technology of Madras IITM.
He is a registered professional engineer with the Order of Engineers of the Province of Bergamo (No. A4491).

In 2015 he started his career at Gualini S.p.A. as a Façade Engineer, first on construction sites in Paris, and then, as Head of Engineering until early 2025. Since 2020 he has been working as a freelance engineer,
leading numerous design assignments spacing from the design of new structures for civil and industrial applications and the retrofitting of existing structures.
In 2025, he founded SYNTHESIS SRL, an engineering company specialized in curtain walls and complex structures.
Persuaded that engineering is not a job but a way of being, he strongly believes that a multidisciplinary thinking approach is the key to provide the simplest solutions to complex design issues, contributing to the creation of efficient, and sustainable buildings.
